Maple Lane ("we", "us", "our"), including Maple Lane Wedding Visuals, is a trading name of Premier Navigator Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17227989). Registered address: 433 Liverpool Road, Huyton, Liverpool, England, L36 8HT. ICO registration number: C2027417.

We help people find trusted local businesses, such as wedding photographers and jewellers. When you submit an enquiry, we match you with a business that covers your area and, with your consent, pass your details to them so they can contact you.

We are the data controller for the information you give us.

• Any additional notes you provide
• IP address, device and browser information, and browsing behaviour (via cookies)
• A record of your consent, including the date, time and wording shown to you

• When you submit a form on our website
• When you contact us by phone or email
• When you browse our website (via cookies, where you have agreed to them)

• Consent: to share your enquiry with the business we match you with, to send you marketing (if you opt in), and for analytics and advertising cookies
• Legitimate interests: to run and improve our website and matching service, to keep records of consent, and to prevent fraud and duplicate enquiries

Matched businesses. With your consent, we share your name, phone number, email and enquiry details with the business named on the form when you submit your enquiry. They may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp. Once shared, that business is responsible for your data under its own privacy policy.

Service providers. We use the following providers to run our service:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and track conversions, such as when you submit an enquiry
• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel: our CRM, which stores and manages enquiries. Your form details are sent to it via a secure webhook

We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

• Enquiry data: up to 2 years from your enquiry
• Consent records: up to 6 years, so we can show that consent was given if needed for legal reasons

After this, data is securely deleted.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

You can withdraw consent or exercise any of these rights by emailing tomperry@premiernavigator.com. If we have already shared your details with a business, we will let them know you have withdrawn consent. You can also contact that business directly. We will respond within one month.

We only use analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel) if you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Some of our providers, including Meta and GoHighLevel, process data in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
